A perimenopause wellness app · By a DPT · Launching 2026

Your symptoms aren't random.

The brain fog. The 3 AM wake-ups. The anxiety from nowhere. They're connected — and they follow a pattern unique to you. FemCode finds it, so you can stop being surprised by your own body.

Why this exists 01

Most apps just track. FemCode connects the dots.

You log a hot flash. Most apps put a dot on a calendar. Useful — but not enough. FemCode watches eight symptoms together, surfaces the correlations between them and your cycle, and gives you an outlook for the week ahead based on what your data tends to show. You see what tends to come together. You decide what to do with it.

When you do see your doctor, you don't walk in with vague impressions. You walk in with a clear, one-page picture of what your body has actually been doing — the cycle variability and symptom patterns clinicians look at when they're staging the transition.

"The brain fog comes 3–5 days before my period. Every time. I never would have noticed without seeing it laid out."

02 · What's inside

Eight symptoms. One pattern. Yours.

01 · Outlook

What tends to come together.

After a few cycles of logging, your data starts showing correlations. FemCode surfaces them in plain language: "Brain fog tends to show up around day 25 in your data." "Sleep dips have correlated with your luteal phase." These are observations about YOUR data — not predictions about your future and not medical claims.

  • Weekly outlook based on correlations in your own data
  • Personal — drawn from your patterns, not population averages
  • Plain-language descriptions of what tends to co-occur
  • Gentle heads-ups before windows your data has flagged
02 · Track

One minute. Eight signals.

The daily check-in covers what most perimenopause apps don't bother with — and skips the rest. Eight symptoms on one screen, all on simple sliders, in about a minute. Skip what doesn't apply.

  • Eight symptom dimensions, all in one check-in
  • Sliders not numbers — your body, not math
  • Cycle phase tracked automatically
  • Designed for irregular cycles, skipped cycles, no cycle at all
03 · Context

Your patterns. Your doctor's framework.

"Am I in perimenopause yet?" is one of the hardest questions to answer in a 15-minute appointment. FemCode doesn't answer it — that's your doctor's job. What we do is organize your cycle variability and symptom patterns into the STRAW+10 framework specialists already use, so your conversation starts further along.

  • Your data mapped against the STRAW+10 reference framework
  • Plain-language descriptions of what each criterion looks at
  • Updates as your patterns evolve
  • Designed to support — not replace — a clinical conversation
04 · Your appointment

Walk in prepared.

Generate a one-page summary before your next OB/GYN, primary care, or pelvic floor PT visit. Your top symptoms, the correlations in your data, your cycle variability — all in the format your doctor needs. Formatted so they can scan it in under a minute. No more "I don't really remember when it started."

  • One-page PDF, formatted to be a starting point
  • Top symptoms, observed correlations, cycle variability
  • Export anytime — your data, your file
  • Share via email, AirDrop, or print
03 · Who built it

"I built this because I watched too many women — including women like my own mother — leave appointments with no answers and no plan."

— Founder, DPT

Built by a clinician. For the appointment she wishes you'd had.

FemCode is built by Epic Media, founded and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy whose clinical specialty includes the pelvic floor, nervous system, and the perimenopausal women who walk through her door every week.

Her mother — a licensed clinical psychologist with decades of practice — reviews how FemCode talks about mood, anxiety, and what changes in the brain as hormones shift. Together they built the app the founder wished her perimenopausal patients had brought in with them.

How is FemCode different from Flo, Clue, or other cycle apps?

Most cycle apps track and log. FemCode is a wellness app that surfaces correlations. After a few cycles of data, it shows you which of your 8 tracked symptoms tend to co-occur, when they cluster around your cycle, and what tends to come together — in plain language. It also organizes your cycle and symptom data against the STRAW+10 framework specialists use, so when you bring it to your doctor, the conversation has a clear starting point. Most consumer apps don't attempt that.

How does the correlation engine actually work?

Once you've logged a few cycles, FemCode looks at when each of your 8 symptoms tends to show up relative to your cycle phase. If brain fog reliably appears around the same days across multiple cycles, that's a correlation worth surfacing — and we'll show it to you. These are observations from YOUR data, not predictions, not diagnoses, and not population averages. What you do with the information is between you and your doctor.

What if my cycles are irregular or I've skipped a few?

Built for exactly that. Perimenopause itself causes cycle variability, so FemCode is designed to handle irregular, skipped, and late cycles. The staging system actually uses that variability as one of the inputs.

Does FemCode diagnose perimenopause?

No — and we're explicit about that. FemCode helps you see and organize your symptoms and cycle patterns. The diagnosis of perimenopause, and the decision about what (if anything) to do about it, belongs to your healthcare provider. What we give you is data — clearly presented, organized against the framework clinicians already use — so your appointment starts with information instead of guesswork.

Is FemCode medical advice?

No. FemCode is a tracking and pattern-detection tool. It is not a diagnostic tool, not a substitute for clinical evaluation, and not regulated as a medical device. We help you see what's happening — and bring those observations to a healthcare provider who can interpret them, diagnose, prescribe, or rule things out. If you're experiencing severe or sudden symptoms, please contact your doctor directly.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell user data. We don't share it with advertisers. Hormonal and symptom data is intimate, and our business model is the subscription, not your records.

Does this work with HRT, an IUD, or after a hysterectomy?

Yes. FemCode tracks symptoms and patterns regardless of contraceptive method or surgical history. If you don't have cycles, the system uses symptom patterns over time instead.

When does it launch?

FemCode is targeting public launch later in 2026, following a private beta. Join the waitlist and you'll be invited to the beta first, with founding-member pricing locked in.

Can I share my data with my doctor?

Yes. Premium users can generate a one-page PDF summary at any time — designed for clinicians to scan in under a minute. Emailable, AirDrop-able, or printable.
